CANCELLATION POLICIES

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Payment plans are available and payments can be spread out if needed. Total payment is due by July 12th, if registering prior to July 12th. If registering after July 12th, total payment is due after initial phone consult and registration.

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy will apply, with no exceptions. I wish I could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but I have already incurred significant costs when reserving the location and retreat center. I have designed the cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the event that your plans change.  TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!​

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL:

You may cancel your registration up until 45 days prior to the workshop and receive a full refund of any monies paid, less the $150 non-refundable deposit and less a 4% credit card fee (if applicable). Any cancellations received less than 45 days prior to workshop will not be refunded or credited. 

IF I CANCEL THE RETREAT

In the unlikely event that I have to cancel the retreat due too few participants or unforeseen circumstances, I will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid and in some circumstances, less a 4% credit card fee. I cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred.  In the event that I must cancel a retreat due to weather or natural disaster, I cannot guarantee a refund – it will be dependent on me receiving a refund from the retreat center. I highly recommend you purchase travel insurance in order to cover these risks.
