Billing and Insurance

We are in-network providers with most BCBS plans, including the State Health Plan, as well as Medcost and Aetna. You'll pay the contracted rate based on your plan.

We are out-of-network providers with all other insurance providers, so the insurance company will reimburse you directly, depending on the plan/benefits. We will submit the claim for you for each session to help streamline the process. We can also check your insurance benefits ahead of time so you’ll know what to expect. Many of our clients get reimbursed a significant portion of the fee back, making the total out of pocket expense not much more than some copays.
